I am a KANSAS Domestic Violence Survivor– still trying to survive- still trying to keep my daughter safe myself alive after 15 brutal years in a system that failed to protect in fact quite opposite they continue to profit by keeping my daughter and I in a constant state of Danger and Torture.

I am the lead plaintiff known as Dombrowski et el v U.S. a petition filed at the Inter American Commission on Human Rights on behalf of Battered mothers and their children Nationally for the Policy and procedures of Courts routinely granting complete custody to abusers and pedophiles. I was placed on the State of Kansas, Address Confidentiality Program for the continued Violence suffered at the hands of the Perpetrator- the separation of State and Judiciary –
The State deems I should be safe but the Judiciaries complete non accountable authority has left my daughter alone with the coffin, with the abuser and without her mother they took her from me without hearing without motion but via snail mail in July 2000.
I recently testified at a Kansas State Joint Committee hearing in December 2009, I was held in Contempt for speaking out. KansasWatchDog

Keep exposing, keep being the voice for so many who have been silenced, many completely; one life is one life to many in protecting the abusers and the lining of pockets with money from the blood of our children (third party Court assigned personnel e.g. Guardian ad litem’s, Mental Health Evaluations, Parenting Coordinators, Mediators et el.) All profit by keeping the mothers separated from their children while they continue to abuse via the Courts.
